Hi Fiona, Totally agree, it's much needed. It's in our queue already. That and cashflow are planned dashboard widgets.

I am only a fairly new user, so forgive me if this is a silly question, but it would be great to be able to see all activities on the Dashboard, both those you have set for yourself, and those for other people? At the moment you have to drill down slightly to get to the activities list, so the visibility isn't immediately there.

I like the arrows idea, that's really simple. When writing I also put a star like email. I'm not tracking when they are coming back to me. I should do that.

I often send myself an email to remind myself to do something for someone - I can do this via my mobile too and it's there for me to remember the next time I'm at my desk.

When writing notes in client meetings, I draw an arrow to the right if it's something I have to do or find out, an arrow to the left if it's something the client has to do or find out. I can go back a later and make sure BOTH our todos have been done, although reading my own handwriting is the first challenge.
