At the moment you have to drill down slightly to get to the activities list, so the visibility isn't immediately there. When writing notes in client meetings, I draw an arrow to the right if it's something I have to do or find out, an arrow to the left if it's something the client has to do or find out. I can go back a later and make sure BOTH our todos have been done, although reading my own handwriting is the first challenge.
