		<description>Yes, &quot;Customer is King&quot;. Since if he gets annoyed by the services which we offer to him then definitely he will leave our business and is on the look out for another service provider who provides better service and also values his opinions. 

This method of asking the customers through in a fill up form will definitely help us in understanding their feedbacks which might be positive or negative and will help us in evaluating our product effective and serve them better. :)</description>
