		<description>Thanks Tim, as usual only a small percentage of the knowledge here gets used but personally I'm working on it! I think time is a very valuable resource so it's worth working on it just like finances.</description>

		<description>Whoever wrote this article on dealing with interrupions really knows their stuff. There is more things that you can use and watch out for that are treated in WHOLE books on time management such as time tracker, abc of time management, time trap and others. Well done!!!!</description>

		<description>Great post. I suspect that most multi-taskers over-estimate their capabilities and do exactly the reverse of leaving a bit of "overflow" time. At least that's what happens to me. I am overly optimistic and end up with carry overs. It is difficult to leave holes in the day when there is a lot to do. Of course exceptions can be made when there's a chance for a round of golf.</description>
