Notes:
- CDA is similar but structured separately with logs on key features. Saasu provides an additional capability to see online users.
- Time sheets are auto-linked to payroll for employees selected in payroll to be paid based on time in that manner. Sales invoices can raised as an item based invoice. Auto-links for inbound time invoices and auto-links for outbound time based sales invoices are due in 2008.
- 50 zones are currently supported. Zones include multiple dimensions of support for other countries, sales tax rates, currencies and more. One subscription can have multiple files each with different zones. Cross-file auto-links and auto-currency conversion and smart files for base currency consolidation are due in 2008.
- Pricing rates can be varied using combo items where items are reused or virtually assembled to produce a separate product composed of the same underlying products, the different combos are then sold at different rates to different segments and retain common restocking levels, reporting etc.
- Multi-stock locations are handled using either separate legal entities represented by separate files which can share users) or using one file and separate Tags so reporting can be done by Tags. Additionally in 2008 we are extending this to support more flexible handling of multi-stock locations.
