Saasu Data Services is designed to provide an inexpensive way for your business to capture transactions into your Saasu online accounting file. It isn’t designed to be an accounting service that performs taxation, regulatory, payroll or payment services of any kind. It also isn’t the first line of service. Generally the service is only available where there isn’t an existing Partner available in your location who meets your required skill set or service level.
The Service Includes
The data entry of transactions from invoices, statements and spreadsheets. Physical documentation is collected from your office via courier on a regular basis that aligns with the quantity of data services required. The service is performed by certified bookkeepers or a degree qualified accountant. Documents can be scanned and attached to your transactions if required.

What It Doesn’t Include
The service does not cover BAS and Taxation return remittances. It is a data capture service only. As such it is not an Accounting service. If you require these services then our our Partners can assist where their certifications cover these services or speak to your current Advisor.
