Adding Card Charges and Fees to Sales

If you aren’t including fees or charges within item prices then you can add an extra line item in your Sale Invoice. If you use “Item” style invoices then first you will need to setup a new inventory item

Example

Choose the Add icon adjacent to Item in the Main Menu. Enter an Item Code such as “CCC” and a Description such as “Credit Card Charge”. Tick the “I sell this item” check box only and fill in that area. You only need to complete that area of the inventory item as you won’t be storing or buying Credit Card fees. Don’t put in a RRP as you will want to be able to enter that manually in the invoice as/when you create them.
