To deactivate a file:

• Sign in and go to My Saasu.
• Click on the subscription name of the file that you want to deactivate. This will take you to manage subscription screen for that subscription.
• On files list, click on the delete icon (-) to deactivate the file. Deactivated files will not be shown in My Saasu screen. We will keep the deactivated files for you but you will not be charged for these files.

To reactivate a file

• Go to manage subscription screen (My Saasu > Click on the subscription name).
• Click on the file that you want to reactivate to go to edit file screen.
• Click on “Reactivate” button. You need to have enough file licenses to reactivate a file. File reactivation fee may apply in the future.
