Saasu provides the facility to email an invoice directly from the web finance engine, but you can also email from your own email account. To do this print/view the Sale as a PDF document to your computers desktop and then using your preferred email application you can compose and attach this PDF document and then send it to your customer.

STOP! - If you are doing this because you want a copy of what you sent on record

You can send a Sale to a contact while retaining a copy of what was sent using Saasu simply by including your email address in the Bcc (Blind Carbon Copy) field. A copy is then sent to that Bcc specified email account at the same time as it is sent to the customer.

Create a specific email address for keeping copies of outgoing Sales

Create an email address that you Bcc all your email to that can act as an audit trail or repository of outgoing correspondence. e.g. outgoing.sales@saasu.com
