To prevent emails landing in a Hotmail “Junk Mail box” your users, customers and employees need to have saasu.com and your own organisations domains both added to their “safe senders list”. There are two methods to do this:

Method 1.

Once you are logged into your Hotmail account:

1. Click options found at the right of the Hotmail screen next to the ? icon and then choose more options which can be found at the bottom of this menu list.
2. In the Junk e-mail section of the screen that appears click Safe and blocked senders
3. Add “saasu.com” and your domain that you will use to send payslips or invoices from. e.g. “example.com”

Method 2.

Ask your users, employees and customers that you are sending e-mails to, to go to their junk mail folder and click on the email from you and then “Mark as safe”.
