A sandbox environment is a testing and training file, it is not used for real transactions but other than that it looks like the real thing.

Your existing users can access a sandbox testing file and your real financial files using the same user id. Sandboxes are ideal for training new staff or for trialling new processes before they are introduced.

Our corporate plan includes a free sandbox file we provision usually within 24 hours of receiving a request.

A sandbox a complete file in most regards and includes most functionality but remember they are not a real file so they are not subject to the same service levels as other files and may be cleared out periodically by the Saasu.com system administrators.

If a user does not require ongoing access to sandbox files, we recommend the administrator remove that access to avoid confusion and the risk of real transactions being posted to a testing environment (or vice versa). If a user only has access to one file, it removes this risk as well as having one less screen to deal with when they normally sign in.
