This screen displays a list of your personal or business accounts that you have with a bank, credit union, or other financial institution. These may include any credit card, loans, savings & cheque accounts, as well as store/retail credit cards. You may also include Trust or similar accounts where transactions are conducted on your behalf.

Delete a Bank Account. If there are transactions used by that Bank Account then you are given the option to re-assign all those transaction to another Bank Account before it is deleted. |
Inactive Accounts
This is a list of bank accounts that you have previously used when entering transactions, but that you no longer have, or wish to use. By placing them in the Inactive Accounts list, they do not appear in the drop-down lists for transaction editing and report settings etc. You can later re-activate the bank account by clicking the Edit icon next to the account and ticking the “Re-activate this Bank Account” check box and saving the bank account.
