This area in Saasu allows you to define the email templates you would like to use for sending various documents to your customers.
Template types -
- Sale
- Purchase
- Payslip
- Statement
The default template for each of these types is displayed in bold.

What else can I do with templates?
- Use the Add link at the top of the list to create new templates
- You can attach a template to Pay Runs, Automated Billings and the like
How do I apply different templates for different groupings of customers?
- Create a Contact Group for each cluster of customers
- Create an automatic Sale for this customer group but don’t schedule it, just set the contact group for the Sale and apply the email template to it that you want.
- Use create now button when ready to send out the invoices to that Contact Group
