The Financial Overview report provides a summary of your personal or business financial status by displaying key financial indicators. The report is made up of 4 sections:

Profit and Loss

Your year-to-date earnings based on the transactions entered into Saasu for the current financial year in your zone. This is a summarised version of the full Profit and Loss report, which you can access by clicking on the ‘Full Report…’ link next to the Profit and Loss title, or through the Reports menu.

Balance Sheet

Your accumulated assets (such as your home and investments) and liabilities (such as bank loans) based on all of the transactions entered into Saasu. This is a summarised version of the full Balance Sheet report, which you can access by clicking on the ‘Full Report…’ link next to the Balance Sheet title, or through the Reports menu.

Who I Owe

The Who I Owe section displays all of the money you owe to other people. This list of transactions includes any unpaid transactions entered into Saasu where you are paying the money. Overdue items will have their dates displayed in red. This is a summarised version of the full Who I Owe report, which you can access by clicking on the ‘Full Report…’ link next to the Who I Owe title, or through the Reports menu.

Who Owes Me

The Who Owes Me section displays all of the money other people owe to you. This list of transactions includes any unpaid transactions entered into Saasu where you are receiving the money. Overdue items will have their dates displayed in red. This is a summarised version of the full Who Owes Me report, which you can access by clicking on the ‘Full Report…’ link next to the Who Owes Me title, or through the Reports menu.
