Stay informed
Stay in touch with saasu. Be aware of all the activities going on. Get the most from your investment in technology.
As your financial management systems provider, keeping in the loop with our changes will normally help you save time and run your business and personal finances more efficiently and reliably.
How to get the most from your subscription
The things you may wish to consider doing are -
- Read your dashboard after sign in. On the home dashboard there is a News section that is updated regularly with the latest information relevant to clients. This is the easiest and most important way to stay in touch.
- Subscribe to the saasu blog, it is free and doesn’t clog your email inbox. The blog is our primary way of keeping people informed of new developments, features, directions, community and more. This is optional since most of the important stuff appears on the dashboard anyway but you will be surprised just how useful some of the blog articles are, they will help you get the most from your investment.
- Read the notice board regularly, it will tell you when we are planning system maintenance and more. It is accessible from the sign in page too. Reading this is optional because we normally do work when there are few users on the system so it is unlikely you will be impacted, however if you want to be sure or plan ahead check the notice board in advance.
- Read the saasu home page, every now and then it pays to look at our site in case something special has come up, normally this would also be covered in the blog. Once again this is easy but optional.
- Read help central, we are constantly adding new help, tips, videos and more to help you get the best from your subscription. Useful but optional.
- Contact a partner near you and consider forming a local saasu user group with like minded businesses or individuals, this is increasingly common around the world. Useful but optional.
Developers should also sign up for developer central and potential partners should sign up to the partner program so they receive regular communications.
There is only so much was can do, we try hard to make it easy to stay in touch. The rest is up to you.
Note
Staying in touch is a responsibility you need to take as seriously as your use of our services. If you are running a business and we are a core supplier for you, staying in touch is arguably just as important as staying up with the latest tax and regulatory requirements for your industry. Fortunately, making the effort to stay in touch is usually useful, enjoyable, educational and sometimes even fun.
FAQ
Some people also ask, why not use email more? The short answer is that even more people ask for ‘no emails please’ or ‘less emails please’, so we are using the tools most appropriate to let people stay in touch with existing screens like the dashboard and appropriate tools like RSS for the blog.
