Free access For accountants, bookkeepers, advisors, investors, franchisors and more

The Saasu IPG (Independent Professional Guarantee) ensures that selected professional groups that service your business but operate outside your business can access your files for free so they can service and support you (their client) under specific circumstances.

These professional groups include -

• Accountants
• Bookkeepers
• Franchise Network Operators (for franchisees)
• Professional Investors (such as venture capitalists, bankers, fund managers and business angels)
• Business Coaches and Advisors

The IPG is just one part of the Saasu Satisfaction Guarantee.

Criteria for qualification as a free user

To qualify for free access an independent professional must be -

• registered with a recognised professional body for their industry (either as an individual or their employer)
• employed in their professional capacity where they are spending less than 100% of their time on your business
• correctly recorded on saasu by the subscription owner by have their full name, email, business name and identification number recorded against their user details (go to My Saasu>subscription>add independent professional)

Why do we do this?

Because we find most people love our products once they use it, the free products we give away here are subsidised by our marketing budget. We just ask our independent professional users to tell their friends!

• Accountants - If you are a independent professional accountant with 3 clients or more on saasu (and you are a member of a recognised national or international association) you are entitled to one free business file and one free user to manage your own business free for the first 12 months. Even if you have only one client using Saasu, you are entitled to free ‘invited user access’ to your client’s files for as long as they stay a subscriber (assuming they wish to give you direct access of course).
• Franchise Network Operators - If you have a franchise network with 3 franchisees or more, you are entitled to one free business file and one free user to manage your franchise network free for the first 12 months. Even if you have only one client using Saasu you are entitled to ‘invited user access’ to your franchisee files for as long as they are a subscriber (assuming they wish to give you direct access of course). Note: This offer does not apply to subsidiary franchises, they must be independently owned by the franchisee.
• Bookkeepers - If you are a independent professional bookkeeper with 3 clients or more on Saasu (and you are a member of a recognised national or state association) you are entitled to one free business file and one free user to manage your own business free for the first 12 months. Even if you only have one client using Saasu, you are entitled to free ‘invited user access’ to your client’s file/s (assuming they wish to give you direct access of course).
