Your Email Confirmation Didn’t Work
Your subscription has probably not been activated because of a problem.
This is a fairly unusual problem to have. One of four things has probably happened -
- Your email system may have broken the link we sent you and you need to try again this way; If the link is wrapped across two or more lines in your email then cut and paste the whole link (all the lines) into your browser address bar instead
- You accidentally clicked on the link in the activation email twice, if so then you should go here.
- Your original activation email has expired because too many weeks have passed since we sent it to you.
- There has been another problem such as unreliable email service or unidentified connection issues.
If you were signing up for the free version please just try to sign up again, otherwise we recommend you tell us and we will check it out for you.
