Technical and integration partners earn a further 10% of subscriptions on a recurring basis whilst managing the customer under their own subscription. Note that if the referral pays quarterly you can get 25% of year one but we do have to wait for all the cash to come in before you are fully eligible and paid.

How do I handle billing my customers?
Typically clients signup for products directly and pay online then we send you reseller commission. For services you bill direct.

How does Saasu track my referrals?
You are given a unique web address. You can link to it from your website or include it in emails you send (solicited only, no spam). It contains your Affiliate/Partner ID (affid) which is tracked throughout the sign-up process and flows through to our administration application to indicate that a given subscriber was referred by you.

A referral of mine has signed up but they are not on my Partner report?
If you believe a customer you have referred has signed-up without using your unique URL (i.e. they sign-up from the Saasu website, or through some other means), they will not be logged in our database correctly as having been referred by you. If this happens please contact us and we will update our records manually.

What do I earn if my subscribers have extra files?
You earn the same commission rates on extra billings for additional files and users. The supported part of a subscription and also extra data storage charges do not receive commission. The same percentage commission is applied to extra users and extra files as is applied to the basic subscription charge. Retail prices are found and updated periodically on the Saasu website on the Pricing page.

What happens if someone goes to the Saasu site directly at a later time?
When your referral clicks on the link to our homepage we store the Affiliate/Partner ID in a cookie on the customer or prospect’s computer, this is cookie is valid for one year. If this visitor leaves but later comes back to the Saasu site without going to your site, we still know and you still get attributed credit for referring them. If the visitor deletes their cookies we can’t track this of course but it is rare.

Do I earn commission on my own business files in my Saasu subscription as a Saasu partner?
If you are a Partner we treat your business files that are for your own use like any other business file under your subscription or that is created due to referral by you. You just need to meet the requirements under the Partner Agreement in our Terms of Service.
