It's a new year, and we have a much sought after feature as the first release of 2018.
Bank feeds can make the job of creating and reconciling transactions much easier than doing it manually. The bank feeds are an important part of everyday life for our customers but there had been one area that had been causing some frustrations - when trying to match a single bank feed item with multiple paid transactions.
We've solved that problem and removed the frustration. You are now able to match a single bank feed transaction with multiple sale payments or purchase payments.
If you make a single payment for your superannuation obligations to a clearing house that covers multiple employees, you can now match the single withdrawal to the multiple purchase payments for each of your superannuation fund obligations.
Also if you happen to get a single bank deposit from your payment gateway provider for a number of existing sale payments, then you can match that single deposit to multiple sale payments.
You can read more about the details of this feature in this help note.
This feature upgrade has been a direct result of listening to the feedback of our customers. Many of you wanted a more straightforward alternative to the clearing account method that had been the main alternative in the past. If you are one of the many that made this request we hope you find it useful.
