Saasu has various rate and activity limits for the use of our API so that we can ensure our infrastructure isn’t burden overly by any one client. When an API daily limit is exceeded then access is blocked for 24 hours from that specific point in time.
You can upgrade to unblock essentially acquiring more requests. You can later downgrade next month if this was just a temporary requirement if your usage falls back to normal levels again.
- API Rate Limits: Maximum 1 request p/sec
- Sync activity use Last Modified and Max of 50 multiple tasks in a request.
- API daily request limits are:
- Small 4,000
- Growing 3,000
- Medium 6,000
- Large 8,000
- X-Large 20,000 (upgrade only, not available for purchase).
